Meet the Hosts

David Curtis & Samantha Curtis, we are the heart and soul behind We Host Inc. We have three adventurous children, and infuse our love for travel and hospitality into every aspect of our lives. From exploring new places to welcoming guests into our own home, we live for authentic experiences that leave a lasting impression. Together, we’ve turned our passion into a mission, creating unforgettable moments for travellers seeking more than just a place to stay—offering a gateway to genuine connection and exploration.

In & Out

We Host is a professional property management company based in Alberta and Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30am and 9:30pm MST. However, we are available 24/7 (9:30pm-10:30am — urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

Please note our standard check-in time is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Please ensure you are checked out at that time, as our cleaners will arrive at 11:15 am. We typically cannot offer early check-in or late check-out, especially in peak season. If you need one, please get in touch with us a few days before your check-in date, and we will try to accommodate your request. There is a charge of $20 per hour.

    • Parking: Free parking is available on the front driveway and on the street. No parking pass is required.

  • Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked and temperature is set to room temperature. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest!

    Before check out all we require is a general tidy of occupied areas and garbage placed into bags.

    Wifi not working?

    Try unplugging the router and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. The router is located next to living room beside the TV.

  • 02. Amenities

    Amenities are provided to make your stay stress-free. We provide the most basic amenities from paper towel, toilet paper, dishes, cooking utensils, to some added staples such as olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar/sweetener, pots and pans, wine glasses and a hair dryer. You’ll also find all the linens needed for your stay such as dish towels, bedding, bath towels, face cloths, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

  • 03. Parking

    Parking: Free street parking is available. No Permit required. Driveway parking is available located from the alley.

  • 04. Climate

    The home has central heating, with one thermostat located on the main level (upstairs) for easy adjustment. Simply press the up button to set your desired temperature. After adjusting, the display will return to showing the current room temperature.

    Hot Water
    Hot water is available, and the thermostat is located on the hot water tank in the furnace room.

    Air Conditioning
    The home does not have air conditioning.

  • 05. Drinks

    Coffee
    A Ninja CM401C drip coffee machine is available for your use. This machine uses ground coffee, which we provide for your convenience. Enjoy a fresh cup anytime during your stay.

    Water in the city of Edmonton is safe and drinkable.

  • 06. Waste

    Garbage day is every second Friday before 8am, please place garbage in black bin, compost in green bin, and recycling in blue bags back by the garage and spaced apart 1 meter. Recycling is every week on Friday.

    We will happily remove your waste at the end of your stay.

  • 07. Washer and dryer

    There is a washer and dryer in the basement bathroom that you may use during your stay with us for your personal laundry.

  • 08. Loud Noise

    Please note as per the city of Edmonton by-laws, no loud noise is permitted after 11pm, 7 days a week.

  • 09. Parking

    Free parking is available on the front driveway and on the street. No parking pass is required.

  • 10. Notable Home Items

    TV & Entertainment

    The home has two TVs: a Samsung 55" and an LG 43", each with its own remote. Cable service is not available. A Bose speaker is also provided for music.

Please DO NOT Flush anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet.

If anything is amiss, please let us know immediately so that we can solve the issue. Please DO NOT try to fix our appliances, take or move any items without contacting us.

We do not offer compensation in the rare event of an unforeseeable inconvenience at the building, such as maintenance, fire alarms, water maintenance etc.

Rules

This listing is not pet friendly

    • No parties or events permitted, this is an eviction without refund if broken

    • No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Smoking permitted on patio with proper disposal of butts. No open flames of any kind. candles, in-scents, sage etc.

    • Please respect our neighbours and community, quiet time is from 11PM to 7AM

    • Valid government issued photo identification (matching booking name) required upon check-in

    • No illegal use of the Internet. You are responsible for all content browsed or downloaded. Pay-per-view of any kind is not permitted.

  • Please remove outdoor footwear after entering the unit.

  • The host is in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage to the building that may occur during your stay.

    The guest making the reservation accepts all responsibility for the safety, actions and liability of their party.

  • To be more environmentally conscious and reduce the amount of waste from staining, we request that you do not use white face cloths provided to remove makeup and/or use during any part of your hygiene routine that may cause staining. Failure to be considerate of our efforts may result in charges ($10 for each ruined item and $50 if it is a duvet or duvet cover).
